Samir B. Sahhar is a Palestinian/Israeli Certified Public Accounting Firm, that provides a wide range of professional services through its office in Jerusalem.

Currently, the Firm is being managed by Samir B. Sahhar (Palestinian, Israeli and American CPA with over 16 years of experience in audit, accounting, Israeli and Palestinian income tax and consulting services).

Our clients list include donor countries, large to smaller scale business, in the vast majority of business areas, as well as governmental ministries and departments, municipalities, and no-for-profit organizations, such as World Bank, USAID, European Commission and Oxfam.

We have accumulated considerable experience in a wide range of activities during the years, such as: auditing of financial statements of private and public companies, accompanying, due diligence examinations for acquisitions and public offerings, work for governmental bodies and authorities, economic consultation, valuations of business enterprises, local tax planning and structuring, assisting investors in obtaining public and private grants, tax benefits, to name few.

During year 2009, Samir B. Sahhar joined the network of HLB International, which is a world wide organization of CPA and consulting firms that was formed in 1969.
