• Prepare and submit the tax returns to Tax Authorities and obtain the tax clearance certificate as necessary.
• Review tax liability on quarterly and annual basis.
• Advise and assist in the settlement of accelerated tax payments.
• Liaise with Tax Authorities, if and when needed.
• Advise on areas of potential tax outflows.
• Obtain No Objection letters in lieu of tax clearance certificate if required and project related release letters from the tax Authorities for retentions.

• Review draft contracts of offshore suppliers of goods and services and advise on WHT implications.
• Monitor and advise on monthly and annual WHT return information.
• Translate the WHT returns where required; and
