Ms. Ihmeidan holds a BA in Accounting from Birzeit University since 2005. Ms. Ihmeidan has 7 years’ experience in accounting and auditing and 8 years in financial management and auditing. She is a CPA and CMA candidates, she worked with several NGOs and private companies and be the responsible for all financial procedures such as planning, reporting, team follow up, decision making and more. In addition to her experience and knowledge, Ms. Ihmeidan joint Palestia and became audit manager. She is responsible for the overall quality of services provided by Palestia and ensuring proper implementation of relevant International Standards and overall audit methodologies.

Mr. Naser is an experienced and goal-oriented Auditor, Financial Systems Manager and Financial Trainer with expertise in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and financial shortfalls. He has proven proficiency in capacity building programs and productivity through the evaluation of financial management systems. Skilled in directing motivated financial teams to support achievement of overall work-related goals and objectives. He has the experience of structuring and restructuring the organizations in addition to the ability of performing trouble-shooting techniques. He has more than 30 years of experience in all fields of Auditing, Taxation, Drafting Financial Systems, Managing USAID Projects, Conducting Financial Manuals, Financial Consulting and Training. Mr. Naser worked as a senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 4 years.
Mahdi Abu Diab
Mahdi has worked in the auditing services for around a year. He has obtained his experience through his work in various industries, including but not limited to not-for-profit organizations, Hospitality, Educational Institutions and funded projects. He has worked on international donors audits, including but not limited to Bread For The World “BFTW”, Save the Children, Kvinna till Kvinna “KTK”.
